About Oren Raz

Oren Raz is a MA, MFT licensed psychotherapist and leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience helping organizations build high-performing teams through neuroscience-based strategies and emotional intelligence. After graduating from Tel-Aviv University in 1994 with degrees in Philosophy and Psychology, Oren came to the United States in 1997. Pursuing Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, he received his Master’s degree with honors. Growing up in Israel and serving in the Israeli Army, including in a specialized intelligence unit, gave him firsthand experience with high-stress leadership and team dynamics under pressure.

Oren now applies his deep understanding of human psychology and neuroscience to empower corporate leaders and teams with practical, evidence-based strategies that drive measurable results. His approach integrates attachment theory, emotional intelligence, interpersonal neurobiology, and mindfulness practices to create psychologically safe environments where innovation and collaboration thrive.
